Nature fights back in a tense, terrifying Ozploitation classic with an urgent ecological message. Attempting to resurrect their failing marriage, Peter (John Hargreaves) and Marcia (Briony Behets) set out on a camping trip to a deserted stretch of the Australian coastline in the hopes that a long weekend in the sunshine will help patch up their differences. They trample through the countryside, destroying everything in their tracks, carelessly scattering garbage, and shooting anything that moves. The pair’s callous disregard for the environment soon comes back to haunt them when the animals whose home they have disrespected retaliate, leaving the wanton destroyers to face their own potential annihilation.
