In the peaceful town of Galesburg, Illinois, a series of brutal killings target the local teenagers. As the bodies pile up, Sheriff John Brady (Michael Murphy) suspects the killer is connected with the local college’s psychology department. There’s something sinister about the school’s research program on behavioral control, and Brady’s own son (Dan Shor) is soon drawn into the strange experiments.
