One Hour Photo

Robin Williams proved he could be indelibly creepy with his chameleonic performance in this mesmerizing thriller about voyeurism and suburban alienation. He plays Sy, the photo technician in a nondescript big-box store who has been painstakingly developing photographs for the Yorkin family since their son was a baby. Lonely and compulsive, Sy has come to feel that he is part of the family himself. But when it turns out that the picture-perfect Yorkins are not what they seem, Sy’s focus turns from obsession to terror.
