During World War II, Jan Nowak-Jeziorański was a courier for Poland’s underground Home Army. Afterward, he served as director of the Polish-American Congress and consultant to the U.S. National Security Council. Director Andrzej Wajda conducted this, the last recorded interview with Nowak-Jeziorański, in 2004, the year before his death.
This interview was recorded in December 2003 at Andrzej Wajda’s School of Directing, in Warsaw. In it, Wajda is accompanied by his colleague Janusz “Kuba” Morgenstern and film critic Jerzy Płażewski.
