Shot on Super 8 by Richard Linklater and Lee Daniel, this experimental snapshot of Austin’s 1980s indie scene—a satirical homage to the psychedelic films of the 1960s—captures the chaos surrounding the 1985 Woodshock music festival and features a young Daniel Johnston promoting his classic cassette album “Hi, How Are You.”
