Tropicalía

Lush, surreal, wild: this richly sensorial, extravagantly imaginative short by Rod Llaverías unfolds in a verdant, storybook world, where the middle-aged Dolores (Marlene De La Cruz) lives a hermetic existence taking care of her ailing, demanding mother. When a wounded dog mysteriously appears in her home, it’s the beginning of a radical transformation.
