A deeply personal passion project for director Héctor Babenco, this tale of romantic and artistic awakening follows seventeen-year-old Juan (Walter Quiroz), a young man with a burgeoning interest in photography and cinema, as he is introduced to a cadre of bohemian intellectuals in Buenos Aires, meanwhile falling in love with the troubled Ana (Maria Luísa Mendonça).
